Many years experience in building and construction, and is the Owner/Director of MCB Construction since 2009.

Qualified boiler maker/steel fabricator and has extensive experience in all facets of structural steel fabrication and construction.

Qualified on all plant and equipment utilised within the business.

Likes spending time with his family, motorbikes, surfing and dirt bikes.

Stephen Dines

Estimator

Over a decade’s experience in building and construction industries. Commenced at MCB Construction in 2012.

Holds all relevant safety and compliance tickets.

Qualified on all plant and equipment operated within the business.

Extensive experience in all facets of structural steel fabrication and construction.

Sandi Anning

Administration

Commenced working for MCB Construction in Sep 2021.

Many years office administration and book keeping experience.

Loves a good laugh.

Merrilyn Bradley

Retired

40 years experience in office administration.

Fluent in Reckon Accounts and all facets of office management.

11 years experience with MCB Construction Pty Ltd.

Extensive experience in the building and construction industry.

21 years as Office Manager for A-Z Commercial Steel.

8 years experience with Boan’s Albany.

Ross Stephen

Mechanic

Over 40 years mechanical experience and is the maintenance guru for plant and equipment at MCB.

Extensive knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical and agricultural equipment. The prankster of the group.

Job Mayberry

Site Supervisor / Tradesman

Three decades experience in the building and construction industry.

Part of the MCB team since the beginning in 2009.

Holds all relevant safety and compliance tickets.

Qualified on all plant and equipment and extensive experience in all facets of structural steel fabrication and construction.

Jack Curlewis

Site Supervisor / Tradesman

Young gun completed his apprenticeship in January 2021 with MCB Construction.

Holds all relevant safety and compliance tickets, and is qualified on all plant and equipment operated within the business.

Tim Kellow

Tradesman

Two decades experience as a boilermaker.

Commenced at MCB in 2021.

Has all the relevant safety tickets and operational skills.

Likes motorbikes and camping.

Charlie Thill

Commenced work for MCB in January 2022.

Charlie is currently completing his apprenticeship in Certificate 3 Engineering Fabrication Trade.

Likes 4 wheel driving and adventures.
